> How to get help with unCoded — community channels, direct contact, email, and personal setup calls.

Use the channels below to get help, report issues, or book a one-on-one setup session.

## What to include when contacting support

Providing the right information upfront helps resolve your issue faster:

* Your **Binance UID** (do not share API keys)
* A clear description of the issue or question
* Relevant screenshots or log output
* Proof of payment, if your inquiry is about a license top-up

  The unCoded team will **never** contact you proactively asking you to top up your license or transfer funds. Only use the official payment methods documented in [License system](/support/license-system). If someone claiming to be from the team asks you for a direct payment, it is a scam.
