# unCoded Licensing & Payments FAQ

## **📜 Licensing Model**

### **🎫 What is the licensing model for unCoded?**

unCoded operates on a **profit-sharing licensing model**.\
Users preload a license balance via **Binance Pay**, managed entirely through the **unCoded Telegram Bot**.

Normally, **30 %** of each trade’s profit is deducted from this balance.\
The fee can be reduced long-term to as low as **20%** by topping up license credit. You receive a 1% discount for every total deposit of \$200.

Example: If you top up \$1,000 in license credit, you immediately receive a **5% discount** on your **profit share**.

Once your license credit is used up, your bot will continue trading for another 24 hours before it automatically stops buying. Sell orders will still continue to be executed.

💡All payments are made only through the methods **shown here**. No one from our team will **EVER** contact you if you need to top up your license. Only use the payment methods shown here!

You can view your license credit either in your dashboard at [https://www.uncoded.ch/account](https://www.uncoded.ch/account) or in your bot dashboard on **your server** under the section License Balance.

    * Log in to your Google account and click on [**Dashboard**](https://www.uncoded.ch/account) in the top right corner
    * Your current license balance is shown under **Token Balance ->** **License Tokens**.
    * If you have just signed up, you will receive 25 License Tokens **free of charge** to test unCoded.

  <Step title="💰 How do I top up my balance / What payment methods are available?">
    unCoded currently offers payments via [**Stripe**](https://www.uncoded.ch/account), which requires a **credit card**. \
    As an alternative, you can simply send a short message on [**Telegram**](https://t.me/Habonet) or an **email** to [info@arrowtrade.ch](mailto:info@arrowtrade.ch) requesting an invoice.

    * Go to your dashboard at [**https://www.uncoded.ch/account**](https://www.uncoded.ch/account)
    * In the **Token Balance** section, you will find the button **Top Up License Tokens**. Click it and enter the amount you would like to top up in the field that appears.
    * Click **Continue with Stripe**
    * ## Enter your contact details for invoicing and your credit card information, then click **Pay**

    * Simply send a message on Telegram to [@Habonet](https://t.me/Habonet) or send us an email at [info@arrowtrade.ch](mailto:info@arrowtrade.ch) stating that you would like to top up your license and specifying the amount you want to add
    * You will receive an invoice from us with the wallet address to which you can transfer the funds afterward. Everything is handled through Binance, so you can use your profits directly for the license.

### **❌ What happens if my license balance runs out?**

When your balance reaches zero:

* Once your license credit is used up, your bot will continue trading for another 24 hours before it automatically stops buying. Sell orders will still continue to be executed.
* You’ll receive a **Dashboard notification** reminding you to reload
* Once you top up your balance, trading resumes seamlessly

### **❓ How does the profit-sharing percentage work?**

A fixed percentage of the profit from each **sell trade** is automatically deducted from your license balance.

**Example:**\
If a trade generates **\$10** in profit, **\$3** (30%) is deducted from your balance.\
For example, if you are only paying a **20% fee**, only \$2 will be deducted from your license balance.

### **💱 Can I transfer my license balance to another account?**

No. License balances are **linked to your individual Google Accounts** and cannot be transferred.

If you are a registered **sales partner**, your balance can also be paid out to your account. Feel free to **contact us** for this.

### **🛑 What happens if I stop using unCoded?**

* Your remaining balance stays safely stored and can be reused later.
* There are **no refunds** for unused balances.
